- What we keep
- What you write, the name you gave us, your email, your age band, and the few optional answers if you gave any. Nothing at all until you tick the box below. Until then the draft only exists in this browser.
- Who reads it
- The psychologist you are writing to, and the small Cashew team who make sure it reaches them. Nobody else. Not your family, not your college, not your employer, not an advertiser.
- What we do with it
- One person reads it and writes back to you by email. We use it to decide what to say and, if it would help, which therapist we would point you towards. It is not sold, not used to advertise to you, and not used to train anything.
- When it goes
- We delete what you wrote 90 days after the reply goes out, unless you have become a Cashew client by then. You can also ask us to delete it sooner, from a link in the email we send you in the next few minutes, or by writing to privacy@cashew.care.
- What this is not
- It is not therapy, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a crisis service. It is one psychologist telling you what they think might be going on and what they would do about it. Sometimes that answer is that you do not need weekly therapy.
