What you're agreeing to

the exact wording we ask you to agree to · version 2026-07-03.v1

Working draft. This text is awaiting review by a lawyer familiar with Indian health-data law (DPDP Act) and is not final. It exists so you can see our intent plainly, today.

Consent, in plain words

Before we store anything you tell us in the intake, we ask you to agree to the five points below. You give this agreement once, for this version of the wording — if we change it, we ask you again. Nothing about your intake is stored until you agree.

What we store

The answers you give in the intake — how you're feeling, what you'd like help with, your language, budget and preferences. Nothing is stored until you agree here.

Where it's kept

On servers in India, kept to the minimum we need to find you a good match. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise to you.

Who can see it

A small operations team who reads your answers to choose a therapist, and the one therapist you get matched with. No one else.

Your journal is separate

Anything you write in your private journal is yours alone — never readable by your therapist, the operations team, or us. This consent doesn't touch it.

You're in control

You can ask us to delete your data at any time and a real person will action it. Agreeing here isn't a payment or a commitment to book — you can stop whenever you want.

Withdrawing consent

You can change your mind at any time. Ask us to delete your data and a real person will action it — this isn't an automated switch, and we'll confirm when it's done. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything you've already been helped with.
